In March 2025 Akos Polgardy and Sascha Werner started jamming on guitar and bass. Within only a few sessions the song no tomorrow ermerged. Quickly the two figured out that they had found their perfect songwriting alter egos and further songs were written in short time. Thus Aki and Sascha decided to found a band - Tomas joined in on Bass and the three decided to release an EP length album with their now 5 songs.

In Novemeber 2025 their friend Julian Sajak mixed two singles no tomorrow and phoenix which where released within 2025 to tease the upcoming album and promote the band, now named dots & lies. From Janury until March 2026 the band mixed and mastered three addtional songs on their own and added an interlude completing the EP. The EP length album truth and 25 reasons was released on the 25th of March.

The line-up was completed when Adam Ulicny joined the band in March 2026.
